Allyson Joy Teply

Allyson Joy Teply is an associate attorney with the firm and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and the Arizona Supreme Court. Ms. Teply joined the firm in 2005 after receiving her law degree from Arizona State University College of Law where she was a William H. Pedrick Scholar and concentrated her studies in estate planning and taxation. While in law school, Ms. Teply clerked for several law firms where she gained significant and substantive experience in the areas of estate, tax, and business planning, as well as civil litigation and class action litigation. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2001. At the firm, Ms. Teply’s practice focuses on estate planning, asset protection, probate, and trust and estate administration.

Ms. Teply is an Arizona native and is actively involved in her community. She currently volunteers with All Star Kids Tutoring.
