David P. Arrow
David P. Arrow, a native Chicagoan, has practiced law for over 33 years, focusing his practice on Probate, Trust and Estate, Family and Juvenile matters. He also served for many years as a family mediator. He joined the firm after retiring from the Maricopa County Superior Court in 2007. At the firm, his work concentrates on elder law, trust administration, conservatorships and guardianships, estate planning, commercial transactions, marital agreements and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs). Mr. Arrow earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois, his JD degree at IIT, his Master’s degree from the University of New Mexico and his PhD (ABD) from Arizona State University. He taught for many years at Arizona State University and Scottsdale Community College. He has served as a legal aid attorney and as an Assistant Attorney General. He has been admitted to practice in Illinois, New Mexico and the United States Supreme Court. He has served as Chairman of the State Foster Care Review Board and the Casey Family Program and served on numerous other child welfare and court-improvement task forces and committees and on state and local bar association committees. He is a vegetable gardener and mycology enthusiast and a former musician.
