Michelle Margolies Tran

Michelle Margolies Tran, admitted to practice before the Arizona Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States District Court in Arizona, is a senior associate attorney with the firm. Ms. Tran received her law degree from the Arizona State University College of Law in 1994 and her Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation from the University of Florida College of Law in 1995.  Ms. Tran’s practice is focused in the areas of estate and tax planning for individuals, families, and businesses.  She also provides legal services in business formation and transfers, trust administration, and probate.  She is a member of the American Bar Association’s Section on Taxation, the State Bar of Arizona Association’s Tax Section, and several other professional organizations.  Ms. Tran received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego.

Ms. Tran was the recipient of numerous academic awards in law school including the Regents Academic Scholarship, the Pro Bono Distinction Award, and the Dean's Award for Outstanding Contribution to the College of Law, as well as the Earl Warren College Leadership Award and the Earl Warren College Outstanding Academic Performance Award as an undergraduate.  Ms. Tran is a published Contributor to Arizona Community Foundation's "Giving Counsel," and has been a member of such professional organizations as the Arizona Community Foundation Professional Advisors Network, Valley Estate Planners, and Phoenix Tax Workshop.
